Gruesome Magazine - Horror Movie Reviews and Interviews

Oct 29, 2019

This week, the Grue-Crew examines "the twist" with a pair of films that pull that rug out from under you. The first film this week, WOUNDS from director Babak Anvari, follows a bartender (Armie Hammer) who is drawn into unexplainable horrors after watching a snuff video on a phone left behind at this bar. The second film, ELI from director Ciaran Foy, follows young Eli (Charlie Shotwell) - a boy suffering from an auto-immune disorder - as he undergoes shocking treatments in a house that may - or may not - be haunted.

Doc Rotten from Horror News Radio. Jeff Mohr from Decades of Horror: The Classic Era. And Crystal Cleveland, the Livin6Dead6irl from Decades of Horror: 1980s share their thoughts about this week's awesome collection of streaming horror films. Joining the crew this week is Horror News Radio co-host, Dave Dreher!
